HOURS OF SERVICE RECORDS-  Carriers are required to maintain previous log records for at least 6 months.  We do offer an auditing service that will help you identify problem areas for you and/or your drivers. The cost is $16.00 per month per driver. You may also pay annually or as you send the logs to be processed, otherwise we will bill you after we have processed the logs.

•  Trans Carolina provides the envelopes for you to mail 1 month of logs for 1 driver to us at the end of each month.
• After we receive your logs, we will process them and return them to your company with a letter stating any possible violations that we might have found.
• We will also include an invoice for the logs that we have just processed, unless you are paying annually, or have sent the payment along with the logs
