- FMCSA AUTHORITY-Our total application fee of $650.00 includes the following:
- Filing your FMCS Authority
- All filing fees paid to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
- Securing and filing permanent process agents(BOC-3). There are no annual fees to keep your process agents current as long as your authority is active.
- Notifying your insurance agent of the proper insurance filings to be made to the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. (you must provide this information to us)
- Securing your USDOT number at the same time.(if you do not already have one) If you already have a number we will verify that the name you are using to apply for your authority, is the same name as your current USDOT number.
- Keeping track of your application process until it becomes active . You are NOT LEGAL until your authority becomes ACTIVE.
- THERE ARE NO REFUNDS AFTER WE HAVE FILED THE APPLICATIONS.
